Posted February 08, 2018 01:19:10 The owner of a crocodilian bird-watcher who says he had his throat cut by a croc was recently charged with assault and was ordered to pay a fine of more than $100,000.
In the Queensland Magistrates Court on Friday, Paul Hickey said he was at his home on Friday night with his wife and daughter when he was approached by a “massive” crocodile.
The crocodile attacked Mr Hickey’s throat and left him with serious injuries, including a punctured lung and fractured ribs.
“The croc bit my neck and left me bleeding,” Mr Haney said.
“I’ve been going to the hospital with severe head and chest pains.”
“I thought it was just an odd croc and I had no idea what it was doing.”
Then, as the crocodile got closer, I was about to get hit in the head and I felt something.
I felt the bite on my neck.
I was screaming and screaming for help.
“”It’s so embarrassing that I had to take such a big, scary animal out of the house, because that’s what they do,” Mr Krumland said.

It was pretty scary, really,” Mr Poulter said.
