A new Paleo diet that’s based on a diet of eggs and veggies is gaining ground.

In the latest issue of the Journal of Paleopathology and Nutrition, scientists report that egg-based diets are now considered a healthy alternative to dairy and meat.

In this case, eggs and dairy are used as a supplement to make the Paleo lifestyle more palatable to the average person.

Paleo is a dietary philosophy that says that the foods we eat are the result of our ancestors’ ancestors’ lives and that there are no known nutritional benefits from any food.

But, for some people, the benefits of eating eggs may not be as obvious as others might think.

They’re a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals.

In a recent article for The Australian, the journal featured research that shows that people who follow a paleo diet are significantly less likely to develop type 2 diabetes and are less likely than other people to develop osteoporosis.

Paleo diet proponents say it’s healthy to eat eggs, and that the nutrients they contain help prevent diabetes.

It’s important to note that this study wasn’t the first to suggest that egg consumption is healthy for humans.

In 2008, a team led by University of Queensland Professor David Wahl found that eating eggs was associated with lower rates of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and other diseases.

But that study was done in Australia and did not apply to people living in the UK.

Dr David Waisley says people in the United States who ate a diet low in eggs would have the same risk of developing diabetes as people in other countries.

“We did a whole series of studies with people who lived in other parts of the world and they had the same rates of diabetes, and they all ate eggs, so they had no effect,” he said.

Dr Waisie says it’s important for people to be aware that the Paleo diets they choose are based on what’s been found to be safe for them.

“The key is that they’re based on the best scientific evidence available at the time,” he says.

Dr Charles Aylward, an associate professor of epidemiology at the University of Sydney and a member of the team that published the new paper, said it’s not just about eggs.

“A lot of people have this misconception that eating meat and eggs is not good for them, so the evidence is quite clear on this point,” he told The Australian.

“It’s a different animal altogether, and there are lots of different reasons that people might be eating different types of meat and egg products.”

Dr Ayl, who has published research on the health effects of meat, dairy and other animal products, said the Paleo approach was more than just a diet.

“This is a very holistic approach that involves all sorts of different health issues and things that are not in the mainstream,” he explains.

“You can’t go around looking for a food or a supplement that will fix everything, so this is the kind of approach that people have to think about.”

But he says the majority of people on Paleo diets are vegetarians, which means that they don’t eat animal products.

Dr Aly says this is a big change for people who have traditionally lived a meat-free lifestyle.

“They don’t see a huge difference between eating eggs and eating a vegan diet,” he explained.

“I think that’s going to change with time, but for now it’s a very healthy way of living.”

Dr Wahl agrees that there’s a huge gap between meat-eating and vegans.

“People are starting to get fed up with the meat industry and the meat-eaters,” he believes.

“But that’s really the problem.

If we can stop eating it, that will go a long way in slowing down the rate of disease.”
