A man has been charged in the fatal shooting of a small peacock, but the cause of death is still unknown.
Conner Hills police said on Thursday that they had received information about a man shot on Saturday night in the area of the area where the animal was found.
“At this time, there is no indication that the deceased was a person who was a resident of the vicinity of the scene,” Const.
